Cancellation Policy

Booking & Registration Policy Program Registration All training sessions, camps, clinics, leagues, and private services must be booked and paid for in advance through the NextUp Futsal website or approved registration platform. A spot is not secured until payment is successfully completed. Payment Policy Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Accepted payment methods will be listed during checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice; however, confirmed bookings will retain the rate paid. Cancellations & Refunds All registrations are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions, late arrivals, or early departures. If NextUp Futsal cancels a session due to unforeseen circumstances, a credit or makeup session may be offered at our discretion. Rescheduling Requests to reschedule private or small group sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled within 24 hours may be forfeited. Rescheduling is subject to coach and facility availability. Attendance & Punctuality Participants are expected to arrive on time and prepared. Late arrivals will not receive extended session time. Repeated lateness may result in removal from the session without refund. Weather & Facility Closures Most futsal sessions are held indoors. In the event of facility closures or unsafe conditions, NextUp Futsal will notify participants as soon as possible and provide further instructions regarding credits or rescheduling. Health & Safety Participants must be physically able to participate. By booking a service, parents/guardians acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of athletic activity and agree that NextUp Futsal is not liable for injuries beyond standard insurance coverage. Code of Conduct Players, parents, and spectators are expected to act respectfully toward coaches, staff, referees, and other participants. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the program without refund. Photography & Media By registering, participants grant NextUp Futsal permission to use photos or videos taken during sessions for marketing and promotional purposes unless a written request is submitted in advance. Policy Changes NextUp Futsal reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
